About Lomé beach. It is by far the best beach in West Africa. This is not only for its beauty but also for everything else you get just by visiting it as a tourist. Just watch and see for yourself. Very wide golden beach that has a perimeter of palm trees and takes 5 minutes to walk from the main road to the shore. Mostly clean sand. Great pictures can be made here with the waves crashing and abandoned boats in the background, also reminds me of why I came to the beach in the first instance. You'd be taking a chance with swimming out far as the currents look like they could be a handful.
