These apartments are not for rent but for sale so the prices don’t really matter as students are more interested in renting but i am looking to buy:) i made this video to give insight for future canadians on what apartments typically look like here in Montreal ☺️ hope this helps!❤️

Hi Hassan! The apartments I showed cost typically 2000-3000$CAD per month! They are a bit expensive considering they are luxury lofts but you can find affordable options all over the city of montreal, maybe not with the same view! If you have more questions, don’t hesitate! Hey! I would suggest really focusing on finding an apartment with the McGill New Residences and also Douglas hall as these are very popular amongst first year students! It also will help you create long lasting friendships and have a better experience in general! Hope this helps ❤️
