Oh my stars!! The fact that you thrifted both gorgeous sprayed edge Six of Crows books is AMAZING. Those are totally on my regular/thrifting wishlist! I read the Duology first and liked it way better than the Shadow and Bone trilogy. I just liked the ensemble cast more in that one, and the heist storyline. Hope you enjoy it too! Loved watching your video and haul.

Loved your video! Thrifting is so fun! Just FYI that copy of Miracle Creek wasn’t sun bleached, that’s how the spine looks! And if you come across a copy again, I highly highly suggest it! One of my favorite books & I recently met the author at a book signing and she’s so lovely!

Not me being so jealous that your areas thrift stores have such amazing books sections!! I saw so many I would have wanted. The thrift shops in my area are very disappointing 😢

i know, it's so crazy to me that LA thrift stores have surprisingly great selections! i think it's because we don't have anything like a Half Price Books/big secondhand book chain, so everything just ends up at the thrift. definitely very lucky to live here 🥲 hope you find a gem at one of yours one day soon tho!!!!

honestly the thrift stores where i'm from were exactly like that hahaha - LA doesn't have any major secondhand book chains which is why I think all the good books end up at regular thrifts ! it's always shocking to me hahaha

I read the book My Grandmother Asked Me To Tell You She's Sorry, and it was okay.... Almost dnfed multiple times..... Nor my favorite. I only read it, because it featured a character I love from his other book called Britt-Marie Was Here
