This is my new favorite channel. Of all the content there is in the KZbin world I do feel this is unique stuff here 🎉 I loveeeeeeeee the attention to detail. These are lots of things I do in my own home so I definitely inspect this stuff when I stay at a hotel or air BNB. Need more like you girlie! 😊❤

I just found your channel from your shots popping up in my feed and I LOVE the videos, especially the ones showing what was left behind. My question, and forgive me if it’s been asked already but are the guests supposed to be taking all their food and stuff and leaving the fridges, pantries empty? We stay at VRBOs and that is always in the instructions and I’m not sure if we would be charged a fee if we left stuff behind, sometimes I’d like to leave stuff that’s unopened rather than pack it up and take it home.

Don’t forget when flies land, they take off in reverse. So come at them from behind. Works like magic! 😊

how much time do u alot for quickturn arounds? I do all my cleanings solo so its a bit more stringent
@deetakesovercleaning8 ай бұрын
I definitely applaud you for doing the cleanings SOLO because it’s ALOT. Our checkout times are 10am and check in at 4pm . If we get there exactly at 10 and use our backup linen in the owners closet we can easily be done by 2-2.30pm. It truly all depends on how the previous tenant left it . We just had one that had kinetic sand all over 🤦🏻♀️ and it took us FOREVER

Do you ever go over the recommended time that hosts give you on cleans?
@deetakesovercleaning8 ай бұрын
Hey Emily , that only happened once in the five years we’ve been in business. It was a two story “party house” and it was impossible to flip from 11-3pm. We no longer work for that owner and it’s never happened again (knock on wood ) lol . We try to just stay organized as soon as we arrive to the property . Time management is everything in Airbnb and extra sheets , towels , etc.

@@deetakesovercleaning I am brand new to Cherno and I have so many questions that don’t get answered as I just accepted my first job from a customer and gave me 3 PM start time one day and then the very next day 11 PM time but the job says it’s 3 1/2 hours so it just confuses me.

How do you become a cleaner for Airbnb?
@deetakesovercleaning8 ай бұрын
Hey Tianna, there are actually a couple of different ways. I always recommend starting an application at turno.com make sure you sign up as a cleaner . That app connects you with local Airbnb owners that are looking for cleaners and it’s free to apply . You can also join local Airbnb fb groups and connect with bnb owners that are either looking for a primary or backup cleaner . Check out the last bit of the video where I give you a bit of extra info on that 😊 best of luck !

Being a host, cleaner, owner, Irecommend using Fbook pages over Turno for a few different reasons. 1. Turno takes a little money out of each cleaning 2. If you create a post within the Fbook pages, you'll reach way more people than bidding on Turno 3. Finally, hosts will accept the lowest bids on Turno but receive negative cleaning results. You'll get outbid just about every time Definitely go with Fbook pages!
