Come costruire un forno a legna 5: isolamento inferiore (how to build wood fired pizza oven, ASMR)

🇮🇹 Le attività procedono e l'isolamento è l'ultimo passaggio relativo alla base, poi inizierà a prendere forma la platea - col suo perimetro - e la volta, per sembrare finalmente un forno a legna degno di pizza e pane. Due mani di catramina così che l'umidità non risalga e mattoni "gasbeton" (calcestruzzo cellulare) per non disperdere il calore della platea. Ha dell'incredibilmente, ma risulta tutto in bolla perfetta... quindi settimana prossima costruirò la cassaforma per sostenere il tunnel e in seguito ci sarà la posa dei mattoni refrattari a rivestire tutto. Non vedo l'ora! Bentornati al Chignadì :-)

🇬🇧 Activities proceed and insulation is the last step relating to the base, then the stalls - with its perimeter - and the vault will begin to take shape, to finally look like a wood-burning oven worthy of pizza and bread. Two coats of tar so that the humidity does not rise and "gasbeton" bricks (cellular concrete) so as not to disperse the heat of the stalls. It looks incredibly, but everything is perfectly leveled... so next week I will build the formwork to support the tunnel and then there will be the laying of refractory bricks to cover everything. I can't wait! Welcome back to Chignadì :-)
