How did you land your first job after achieving your CPL?

Flight Instructor Rating helped me land my first job being a flight instructor. I often recommend the instructing route to those who are struggling to break into charter. get some hours in instructing then go back and try charter. That's what I did, worked well for me :)

@@flyingwithgab2808 thanks mate, I’ve just got my CPL and multi endorsement. I’ll have my MECIR by June but finding it hard to meet any minimum hour requirements from smaller charter companies. Looks like instructing is the way to go
