Same here…I live alone in Abu Dhabi, and having those portions stocked in the freezer makes it easier to consume them and, you’re right - prevents spoliage… Also, I cook small portion of my meal for the week, so that I have variety…hirap kasi minsi=an pag iisa lang yun viand mo for the week - nakakasawa agad, hehehe…anyhow, thanks for sharing. #StaySafe

Ang rambutan dito $8 mga anim na piraso lang, dati isang supot kaya ko ubusin. Ang sayote $1 each maliit lang so pano ka magtitinola. Walang hinog na mangga na masarap. Ang coconut juice at gata lahat processed at nakalata. Miss ko na din dyan 😭🙃😂

What spices did u guys used for the chicken breast? Chicken breast is the least part i like because it’s so dry and not that tasty so wondering what u guys put :)

Soak it in salt water (brine solution) for maybe 30 mins first then bake on 450F for 15 minutes it comes out PERFECT. not dry at all even if it’s been in the fridge for a week. And I think garlic pepper powder lang from sam’s or whatever mix we have haha
