Watching your videos has helped me to regularly care for myself for the first time in my adult life. I’m in my 30s and a professional person, but I was always pushing it with grooming/self-care (washing hair, shaving, etc.), but now I’m in a routine, and I feel so much better every day. It’s spread to all parts of my life-I clean and even charge my phone every day (which seems like a silly little thing, but I was pushing even my phone battery every day!). It’s like watching your videos helped me to see that I deserve to feel good and cared for through small daily activities. Frozen dumplings are amazing! I love having them around, you can throw them in a soup, fry them, boil them, anything you want! I hope you find them next time. I've also made my own dumplings a few times. It takes hours to wrap them, but then you can just freeze them on a cookie sheet and throw them in a ziploc bag after. If you come across dumpling wrappers at any grocery store, I highly recommend, it's a lot of fun.

I love trufru. Publix actually does have trufru but they don’t have it in the freezer section at least not where I’m at. They do carry freeze dried white chocolate covered blueberries in the trufru brand and they are amazing 😋

When I visited GA this past summer I went to Kroger for the first time and I couldn’t agree more about the produce. Side note, in the produce department the sell yogurt covered craisins, they came in a plastic tub… I got addicted to those haha if you ever find those, they are a must try!

It really depends on the Kroger! I live in Chicago and go to the Kroger --> Marianos and has a better cheese selection in Nashville. It really depends which one you go to. Keep trying out the Publix and Krogers in your area!

Your videos really help me. Especially these at home ones doing basically normal things. I’ve been an addict for a long long time. My depression is killing me. I don’t get out of bed most days but I want a routine and to be present for my kid so badly. He deserves so much better than me. Not to be dramatic or attention seeking, but I think he’d be better off with out me. I lost my mom this year suddenly. I lost my dad five years ago from cancer from smoking. I haven’t done heavy stuff in years but the pills are my Achilles heel. I think I’m so much more productive with them. But I lost my youngest brother to an accidental OD in 2012 I found him and the guilt destroys me. I don’t know how to get through this. I lost my insurance and any way to pay for therapy. Now my credit is abysmal. I live with my husband’s parents at my age with my teen. I am too anxious to fill out my resume even though I need a job so bad. I’m just so worthless. I just don’t know what to do, or how to do it. Thanks for always sharing your journey with us, Tina. I’m happy some people can make it through. I really wish I could be more like you. I’m just wasting away like this and letting my family down more everyday.

Hey Tina! Have you seen the cinching trend? Where people buy an oversized sweater or something and they get a bangle or something they put it on the inside of the sweater and they sent it on the inside? It creates a cute little circular cinched thing, you should try it! You can put it with a belt or maybe some other accessories?
