Come Hither Ambient Sounds/ASMR

Of all the tens of thousands of paintings I've seen and worked on, there's one type that has the ability to consistently capture my attention and heart and that's portraiture. Even though this painting has no title, belongs to no artist and has been all but lost to history, one look tells us that there's something magical here worth preserving.
This video has no narration and focuses on the ambient sounds of the studio and conservation. There are four musical interludes throughout the video.

YAAAAS!! I was genuinely debating commenting on the spoken version of this video asking for an ASMR version! One thing I've found helpful is to leave out the spoken audio but still give an explanation in subtitles (Primitive Technology does a basic version of that). That way, everyone wins 😁

Rustling piece at the beginning and ending - Rustle of Spring (German: Frühlingsrauschen) is a solo piano piece (Op. 32, No. 3) written by the Norwegian composer Christian Sinding (1856-1941) in 1896. It is Sinding’s most popular piece of music. It is written in Salon style as a piece meant for entertainment. It was very popular in the United States. It is the music heard during the “Grecian urns and a fountain” tableau at the Ice Cream Sociable from the Broadway musical The Music Man.

I think so many people follow you out of a bit of envy. I would love to have a job that allowed me to do things at a pace where I’m able to give my very best. I find the part of contemplating and thinking about one’s work counts as time put in but somehow with most jobs that part is not considered. You are in a specialized field of work that caters to rich peoples needs and they can afford to have it done flawlessly and perfectly. My passion is gardening but no quick one day landscaping gigs. I need to sit and listen to the vegetation. Watch it grow a bit, contemplate where it’s all heading over the years. Think about it’s future shape as things mature. Luckily I have a space and time to do it.

Query: Are the cracks caused as a result of the layers of varnish and those kinds of conservation? This painting like many others does not appear to have heavy impasto that I might associate with heavy layers of paint drying and cracking.
