I love the second house Tine. It looks so spacious and modern and the potential for the space downstairs and the garage is awesome. Maybe try asking the neighbors how's it like living in that street. Probably not as bad but at the end of the day safety plays a big factor. Best of luck in hunting for your forever home 🏡

We searched the same areas as you (we lived in Newtown) for 18months to find something suitable. Never found something we could afford. Eventually found exactly what we like in Johnsonville. I always thought it was too far out. But now here, we have acclimated.

Have u tried the Wairarapa? If you are able to work from home you, it would be cheaper and you can build a new house cheaper
