@ in rehab he went to they did a lot of workbooks The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction: A Guide to Coping with the Grief,The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction: A Guide to Coping with the Grief, Stress, and Anger That Trigger Addictive Behaviors9.4 this is one of the workbooks he did and they wanted inside out and talked though the movie. He said that that movie changed a lot for him. He got into the gym also helped too.

I like this idea! One suggestion though would be to let your audience of your Peterisms channel know since they are either sober or trying to become sober.

I was the wife of an addict. He has 4 years sober💙 during that time I felt like I had no support. Yeah I had family but they didn’t understand what I was going through. The county I live in didn’t have any support groups to go to. I’ve prayed about it and I feel really passionate about starting a support group for loved ones and families of addicts. I’m not sure where to start though. Do you happen to have any suggestions?
