I just moved here and had to do virtual tours in a different state and got really lucky with my apartment. I'm more north of Uptown and love the area but I'm planning to move closer to my job in Uptown next year so this video really helps!

Gosh I am so different, lol, I loved the Apt. #2 beroom size and I love when its not a lot of people walking around...lol...but thats cool, all great apts...I am looking in Columbia, S.C, but anything over $1100 i dont even blink at, lol.

I’ve been seriously considering moving to Charlotte within the next year. I’ve been to visit several times and rent keeps getting higher 😫 Also I love Optimist Hall! Broth and Bao is my favorite spot.

All of these apartments were on her list except one and it was great to see them in action. I know which I love. Also, if you decide to move - can you talk about your last complex? Crazy thing is When I toured my First Apartment back in October Rent Was $1,645 for 1 bedroom with 683 SQFT …It was nice . It also had everything I wanted high ceilings and all🤩😩.

Yes, Steele Creek has a main shopping area and isn’t too far from the outlet mall and Carowinds (amusement park). Ballantyne is a slower bougie area with expensive homes that many rich people reside in. Its on the outskirts and far from uptown where the nightlife is so it depends on the vibe you’re going for

One thing I absolutely hate about the charlotte area is literally all the apartments are the same layout. They’re not unique from each other in any way 😂 it’s kind of embarrassing. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all!
