@@richardsanchez9190 In reality I was deadlifting 225x3 when I wrote that. I did 3 plates+a 10 on the hex bar (high handle) since then. Idk how much the hex bar weighed but I'm still on that grind. I love every second I spend in the gym. It's better than any medication or therapy. More fun than an amusement park.
@richardsanchez91902 жыл бұрын
@@justmarc2015 dude hell yeah. That's the way to go. And I think a hex bar weights about 40 to 45 as well. Keep grinding brother.

The brutal emotional vortex hailing inside you moments before you step on a platform for that decisive lift. Fully clad in your gear while waiting for the command. Man that's the most intense high you could ever experience. Can't get enough of this. It's gonna be hard when I'll have to quit

What meet was this?
@LinusE Жыл бұрын
I believe it is at a WPO meet and I think it’s one of the three WPO meets he did between 2001-2003 but I am unsure. He competed at four WPO meets between these years but was disqualified from one without any recorded squats, the finals in 2002. www.openpowerlifting.org/u/chuckvogelpohl

While Louie (rest in power) did say Chuck had way more potential than he showed due to him never tapering down, his records still stand pretty strong, especially for his bw
