@ Alex you can't doubt it. It's literally written into the record books and you can go check it. Louie was in the world's top ten in his twenties thirties forties and deadlift was in the top ten in his fifties not sure about his other lifts at that point. He is one of the most underrated lifters going and at one point was only number two in the world because of Ed Coan. He totalled elite and featured in top tens for 3 weight classes which is also unusual.

What happens if you miss the squat with those bands?
@stepheneldridge36372 жыл бұрын
This is dynamic effort. It's only 50-60 percent of their max and 25% in band tension. You really shouldn't be failing doubles and triples with 75-85%. That being said, it's a box squat, so the other guys there help you out of you have to sit back on the box.

I gotta ask: are heavy ass box squats with bands rough on your spine?
@elliot9934 жыл бұрын
I think if average joes did them like these guys it would break our spines in half. They hit the box extremely hard it cant be good on your back. Im sure if you hit the box soft as possible and then reverse it, it would be fine to do heavy if you can do it pain free.

Elliot Hayes if you box squat dont slam your ass on the box and pause on the box
