My baby just turned 9 months. I would say boiled or steamed vegetables such as broccoli, lentils (dal), carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes are good. Also Tampa (jamdu). But no salt, sugar, masala, honey. It’s good to introduce high allergy foods first, such as egg, tofu, nuts. Start all with puréed diet

Don't introduce sweet things for baby early.... In later they didn't eat food without sweet. I remember my frist ever baby food is cooked tsampa (like sekong) n little amount of dasi gee.

i also have severe social anxiety now days doing better because for me buddhism teaching and emptiness view helped me lot, some people anxiety causation many be different reason but for me i think all anxiety, depression, anger, are the air we breathe our body controlling that air and sending it into different vein or channel because our body reacting how our mind thinks, but body cannot distinction which channel or vein it suppose let air go, body simply just reacting to protect itself, i m just sharing my experience base on observing on myself😊so controlling your mind can help over come these problem, helpful tips such as meditation, yoga, daily jogging, or breathing exercise yoga these are very helpful, my final point is if you can control your mind air will flow in right vain or channel so you not feel blotted chest Or shortness of breath or upper back pain
