Fall as started in a lot of places but not in central Florida - YET!!! Even though it is still hot and humid with temps still going over 100, we wanted to get a jump start on the season. We are trying to grow celery, all kinds of lettuce, onions, bok choy, eggplant, more basil, carrots, beets, kale, chocolate bell peppers, amaranth, ashwagandha, cover crop, sunflowers, thyme, oregano, jumbo peanuts, and others.
