Hey, what exercises do you do? I have the same problem.
@MasiaMaksymowicz2 жыл бұрын
@@shoyuramenoff just search on KZbin for ‘back pain exercises’ or ‘lower back pain’. I started with the ones for beginners and older people ;) later, once you don’t have a problem with these ones, you can slowly introduce other things, mainly pilates and yoga. I also recommend to begin with exercising while lying on the ground, because standing will put more pressure on the back.

We live in East London and we mostly use Genie as there is one in morrisons as the nearest supercharger is 20-30 minutes away and you know how driving in london is. that’s a great question that i haven’t really though about! maybe you’re more excited when travelling and being in new environments that’s why you receive stimuli more positively? whereas the day to day stuff have become habitual so you’re more hyperaware of the things happening around you than what you’re actually doing? i vibe with that…

That is a reason I don't like electric cars. You just can't rely on them being able to transport you whenever and wherever you want. And that's a whole purpose of owning a car, isn't it? Being independent.

You have one ?
@veronikan34472 жыл бұрын
@@Karincl7 No, I don't. I have a petrol car. I find it more convenient. In my country charging stations are very sparse and can imagine being stressed not being able to find one when needed. But if you have one and like it that's great! Everyone have different preferencies.

@maneskinnnnn71902 жыл бұрын
@@Dizzy_frog There are charging stations around, even if sparse, if you plan when you will charge and ensure you have enough charge you can make it work. Also, if you don't have charge you can use public transport or walk/electric scooter/bike. Many many other options rather than just pumping out toxic fumes into the air of an already dying planet because you are too lazy and selfish to even think of alternatives.

Just a little tip, when doing the exercises were you lay flat on your back, really push that lower back into your mat. Ribs go in and it pushes your back flat. I saw you arching your lower back off the mat and that can cause lower back pain.

I guess I'm so used to eating alone and shopping alone that it doesn't bother me. I'm autistic with severe ADHD (as in my level of ADHD can come with a disability check and a home health aid). I struggle with sensory processing issues, as well. I also travel half way across the USA alone with my dogs (because I'm actually not allowed to be completely alone, not a safe place) at least once a year to see my family. One of my dogs is a retired service dog who is half of why I've stayed alive for the past 14yrs (her partner and brother passed away over the summer at 15). The puppy is in training as a service dog and after a trip to the pharmacy, thinks he needs to go anywhere I go (he's 21 months and 125lbs). The little one is for emotional support, great to talk to and has helped me work through a lot since she is a severe abuse and neglect rescue who is still working through a lot. I wear earbuds in loud places. I turn them off when I just need it to be a little quieter around me (rides at Disney World, they are a must). When I eat out at a restaurant by myself, I play games on my phone and surf Facebook. I've also brought books.

There's something called a sensor person, which I am so I can completely understand what you mean about being overwhelmed in busy places. A sensor person is someone who picks up on all the atmospheres, can be easily overwhelmed by them also. However, being a sensor person is a magic power, you are quickly able to tell the atmosphere of any room and know when something is right or isn't right for you, it's an amazing personality type to be once you get to know it on a deeper level! 🙂 xx

This is random but i had lower back pain for ages and i tried sm things until i looked up the spiritual meaning. Apparently it means you may feel unsupported in your current state. They may be true to a small extent by try some affirmations like "i am supported" and maybe reach out to supporting friends and people and do support yourself in self reflection via your accomplishments. Also be really assuring via your financial state
