For us folks with ADHD a lot of our personality is of course influenced a lot by the symptoms we have, because they affect is every day in every single part of our lives. It's impossible for that not to affect us. But that doesn't mean your personality *is* ADHD. It's just something we have, not something we are. And from watching your videos over the years it's clear you have oodles of personality in every sense, not only with things that can be linked to ADHD

Congratulations on getting the deal with UNICEF. Such an important message to get out there. We all definitely need to talk more about mental health in general. Especially after the rollercoaster ride we've all been on the last couple of years!! Love you Taz for breaking the taboo/silence 💓💓💓

Hey Taz, I was also scared that squid games might has a lot of violence and that it might give me nightmares but thankfully it didn’t. I ended up sympathising with the characters and that somehow helped me not get nightmares about the violent scenes. Having said that I did look away whenever there was a bloody scene. So I think (and I hope) that it’ll be alright when you watch it. Love your content. You go girl!!!!

Taz, I am watching you for few years and usually don't leave comments. But this one really got me :) I work for ICRC in the mental health and psychological support program and we try to decrease stigma so much. and what you did with UNICEF is just wow! i really think that seeing you there on that commercial will put a thought in people's minds to go and explore more about mental health. And thanks a lot for bringing up mental health issues on your channel, I believe it helps others to understand that it is normal not to feel normal. I know that ADHD is not really easy to deal with, concentrate, sometimes it might affect confidence. ADHD has a high rate of comorbidity with depression so it is not just some random disorders that some may think of. Wishing you so much luck! I really enjoy your channel :) I feel cosy watching your videos and you are really very humble and interesting human being :)

I watched you UNICEF video and it made me cry. My family always brushed everything uncer the rug, mental and emotional abuse was normalised and seeking help for metal health and wanting to have better relationships was actively ripped apart. It's campaigns like this that will hopefully see a change in the future where families and people don't treat eachother like that, where love is celebrated not ridiculed. Thank you.

squid game is a really good show and as someone who doesn't like horror, i can tell you that it isn't really jumpscare oriented, much more to do with the characters than a fear factor- probably nightmare safe :)

I went through that same process of feeling like there was nothing about me, my personality or thoughts that were actually ME during my autism diagnosis too. It wasn't a good feeling but I have mostly gotten past that now. Because, even with autism/ADHD etc there is so many differences from one person to the next. No matter that our brains process the world differently than neurotypical people, I am still different from other neurodivergent people...and so are you, Taz!!

The best veg is what’s accessible. Not everyone can afford fresh, or frozen even (and there’s a tinned version that’s generally the cheapest). I personally think fresh TASTES best but the general consensus is that frozen keeps most nutritional value. Whatever you can afford first, then what you enjoy
