I’m shocked how many gluten free breads you can find that are not frozen, I’m from canada and only schär is not frozen otherwise every other gluten free bread is frozen at most stores.

Oh really thats interesting...maybe less people are gluten free and therefore demand is less? We are the opposite with just Schar bread rolls being frozen.
