Falling Water, My all-time favorite! I was very sad to see that the maintenance on the exterior of the home has not been kept up. Such a treasure should be kept pristine at all times. You could do a whole channel on travel. You find the most beautiful places and scenery. The Fallingwater house is INCREDIBLE! Can you imagine living there? I almost cried from the shot of the beautiful flowers with butterflies and bees. Sights like that really touch my soul. Thank you for another spectacular video. ❤❤❤❤

Omg, falling water is so beautiful. When I was a child I read a book about Frank Lloyd Wright and from that time on always wanted to be an architect, but sadly never had the grades at school to become one. I used to draw plans and build models of my dream houses but then life got in the way . Thank you for showing it .

I remember reading an article (maybe in Architectural Digest) about the Kaufman's being disappointed because FL Wright put their house above the falls rather than with a view of the falls. There's no controlling an artist. He created a masterpiece that I hear is quite a task to maintain. His interiors always look fresher than I expect. Thanks for sharing your trip.

My Dad was born and raised just south of Pittsburgh in Brownsville, PA. So I've been back many times to enjoy that beautiful area. I've been to Fallingwater 4 times and have had the same emotional response you had every time I was there. It's an elevated experience for sure! PA native here, Pittsburgh resident. There is a second FLW house just down the road a few miles. It’s Kentuck Knob, not as spectacular as Fallingwater, but so interesting, especially the interior. Stacked stone, similar color scheme, equally set into the land, more fitted furniture in smaller rooms. As a fan of mid-century, you would appreciate it.

This is for Jesse. I was at the 1st night World Series game. Many years later, my daughter was jogging with Manny Sanguine. He stopped by with her at the condo one day and I told him " that ball WAS inside the line" . He was so excited and said " I knew it, I knew it!" And he slapped his knee. I was so excited to see that you got a chance to edit the videos of your PA trip. I live about an hour southeast of Pittsburgh. Fallingwater is so close to my sister’s house and I have passed the main entrance many times in my life. I’ve only actually toured the house 2 times in my 40 years of life, but both times were so magical and unforgettable. I’m so glad you were able to go there! Kentuck Knob, is also another fun house to visit in PA, designed by Frank Loyd Wright.

Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous !!!!! I remember all the Swallowtail butterflies 🦋 that were in abundance when I was little at my grandparents home in the country in Indiana. But when pesticides were invented 🥺an the farmers started applying them we lost the Swallowtails butterflies. Now as I’m much older I see them here an there. I tell my Grandchildren an Great Grandchildren that if anything I could give them would be a trip back in time to my childhood (I’m 71) experiencing all that I got too. 🦋🦋🦋🦋

My whole mothers family are from Sheffield ,PA for 300 years. Cousins live in Warren and Sheffield and Franklin. Small world. My family came over from Sweden and settled in Sheffield. Their name was Anundson.

My niece lives in Warren, PA. My brother lives in Corry. That area is so breathtaking. Love the Frank Lloyd Frank house and furnishings. But, the older I get, the harder it is to get up out of certain furniture. While beautiful, those low couches, chairs and floor cushions are a no for me! So fun to admire!

I’m glad you enjoyed my home town. It’s nice to see it from someone else’s eyes. You past were I live coming into the city, I live 3 miles just before you go threw the Fort Pitt Tunnel. My sons wedding was at Falling Water. There’s a barn across the street from the house where the wedding was. His wedding photos were taken at Falling Water. Too bad the marriage didn’t last. But his love of mid century modern stayed with him. He just bought a house I know you would love.

Pivi is known for her provocative eccentricity, and her work has been exhibited at museums and institutions in Tokyo, London, Paris and New York. Pivi’s output is marked by odd encounters and whimsical moments, whether it’s animals in strange habitats or an 18-wheeler truck positioned on its side. You'll absolutely love it. I can so relate. My Wife & I visited Falling Water for her 50th Birthday, combined with another 1st, a Steelers game. When we visited, the beauty of the surrounding waterfalls was impacted by a gentle rain shower. I will never forget that day and I too was very emotional, it is enchanting. There’s two Frank Lloyd Wright homes in Massachusetts , that I’ve seen. One is near historic Walden Pond. This home is surprisingly small. It could fit 4 times over in the waterfall house.

The House on the Rock in Wisconsin is so similar to this one. The house is built into a cave and I don't remember the exact length of this walkway coming out of the house walking into the tree line with void forest and rock below you.
