I eat sea bass, I used to do it in the oven, then I started to pan fry it. Now I do it in the air fryer. I first tried it in Turkey, that's what got me into it. I just buy the fillets now as I don't like cleaning them.

Hi Martin and Sharon. I’m watching in Pt St Lucie , Fl, where it’s currently 71f on the way down to 48 tonight. I’m always interested in shopping in other countries. I think the current exchange rate is 1 £ to about $1.33 Us. That store isn’t quite like the ones here, but close enough. What store was it.? I shop at Aldi for most of my needs, they are much cheaper than Publix or Winn Dixie, the other 2 big stores here. But they don’t have what they do in Europe. Found myself wondering how much beer is over there, and what gas prices are. Take us shopping again. I’m having a beer just for you. Cheers, Jim

Me and my good lady can't find celeriac for love or money in Aldi (we've tried various stores in neighbouring towns and cities) so we'll have to have a look in Lidl. There are certain things I will only get from Lidl and there's a couple near to me. Something we've noticed with the fresh fruit and veg from Aldi is that it doesn't seem to last very long after we've bought it. I'm not sure if it is the same with Lidl. Dougal and Merlin are both fine dogs and they have a good home and a good life with you.

We sometimes go to Aldi but mostly to the same Lidl. It always has what we want. We get our meat from a butchers normally and the veg from a greengrocers.

It takes over 6000 litres of water to produce one litre of almond milk . Most of them are grown in California. The cows in this country have plenty of milk to go round . 🐄🥛👍

Me and my family have found a strange taste from knockoff brand foods which are obviously much cheaper than normal brands. Anybody else noticed this? , hard to describe, "we call it blankety blank taste." Just Aldi and Lidl. We,ve stopped going now; maybe we just paranoid or the prices are not so cheap anymore and your better off at Sainsburys or Tesco. Thank G for our chest freezer and large allotment thats been fab this year. Dig them flowers up and plant some veg. Thanks

Nice selection although your bodies will defo not be in a ketogenic state eating it, you have to be ultra strict for that to happen. At least it helps you cut out alot of sugar and eat healthier. Have you tried cutting out caffeine? feel much better having decaf teabags and coffee.

It doesn't matter how it's put in shopping trolley as it gets mushed up whilst cooking, depends on what one's cooking.i do the same thing just drop it in,you only have to take it all out once you get to the till..then bag it all I throw all our food about but hubby puts it all in order,can't be messing about.😂

I was diagnosed as Type 2 about five years ago, but I haven't taken any medication since we first went into lockdown. Couldn't get to see my GP to review my prescription because of the Covid thing, so I thought I'd just eat sensibly and see how I got on. Three years later I'm back to eating all sorts of rubbish, I drink 3-4 pints of blue top a week, and passed my most recent diabetic check up with flying colours, so perhaps they just got their diagnosis wrong. Eating sensibly is always good, but don't let it make your life a misery.
