The 'corks' frame is just for people to throw their wine corks in the top and fill it up, which makes it part of the art piece (I just like using tall 3-4' glass vase)....then recycle the corks for a project You (and Debbie) are very sweet to leave things on the shelf knowing your mom will like it and pick it up
