Karina's outfit game is one of the best on youtube, but personally i prefer more talkative outfit videos to the sped-up ones. This might be a reason why they don't succeed. I would watch every 30-40 minute outfit video Karina makes😍

RIGHT! Esp hers when she does the sped up version of 20 something outfits... I draw so much inspo from them and come back often when I have a mental rut on what outfits to put together. I also like the slower, longer ones where she explains the size and where everything's from. She's one of the few fashion influencers that do that! I loooove her outfit videos so much.

The night before my 30th birthday I was sat at my mum’s kitchen table sobbing into a glass of wine. I’m now 51, closer to the age she was then, and that was my last drama over age (and boy was I dramatic!). I found 30 really hard, but 40 and 50 were way more empowering. I’ve just signed up to go back to uni, and I’m looking differently at what I see as the second half of my life. So many good memories behind me, so many more to make. ❤

It's so lovely to hear when you talk about your 30's. I'm 29 and also felt like I got robbed for some years, and now I feel like I'm behind and nowhere near where i wanna be. Hopefully everything will get easier in the 30's. Just gotta reminds ourselves that life is a process and not a destination.

I am in my mid 40s and the invisibility is real. When I was in my 30s I felt I finally matured and truly loved finding who I was. Sometimes I feel saddened by finally being comfortable in who I am love myself but to society my value is gone and I am invisible.

I felt like the pandemic & some other things robbed me of my mid-late 20s and I was so stressed to enter my 30s, I experienced a lot of grief from my 20s not ending up how I thought they would. but I’m turning 31 on Wednesday and I’ve never felt more myself than I have over the last year or two. I don’t tend to watch outfit videos. I love the thrifting and try ons because I like to see what’s trending now and what people are finding at the thrift stores. It’s the thrill of the thrift! I can get excited with you at finding something amazing, and it inspires me to go to a thrift store to see what I can find myself. Closet clear outs and outfit vids aren’t as interesting for me. I don’t live in the same climate, or go to the same events, my style is very different, and I don’t have the same clothes, so I’m watching someone else try on their own clothes. I don’t get anything out of it. I watch Caroline Tucker do hers because her style is more what I’m aiming for. You always look gorgeous though, and I will always watch a thrift try on because I want to see what your new items look like on you. X

6:34 I also love fun buttons! I feel like this would be a really quick and easy upcycle/thrift flip idea. Just take any old button up and find some cute buttons and swap them out for a totally different vibe - I think this would be doable even for someone who is a complete beginner to sewing

With outfit videos the most engaging ones IMO are the ones that subscribers submit the occasion and you style outfits based on our response. Talking through the outfits. Also outfit videos with just music aren't the best in my opinion, as a viewer because I like to pop on one of your vids while im cooking or cleaning so it feels like we're hanging out. As far as outfit videos, I actually really enjoy those now for me specifically some thing that's really important and this is very particular to me because I am a blind fashion lover is to have verbal description of the outfit because sometimes people will do outfit videos versus visuals and music and I have absolutely zero idea what's going on lol. Love Thrifting love fashion love your channel. As for the 30s thing, I'm in my 40s so I kind of feel the way you feel about 30s being the more confident 20s about my 40s. It's so funny because my sister got weirded out about turning 30 and I never did, a little weirded out about turning 40 for reference. I'm in my mid 40s at the moment.

I like outfit videos! It seems like so many of them are the same style - corporate/businessy. Beige pants with white collared shirt - groundbreaking. I want to see things like work-appropriate clothing that is not preppy or business casual - like how to insert goth elements or some other elements into outfits and still look professional at work. The creators are usually all slim women, too, so I have to purposefully search for women of different body shapes who are doing outfit recreations or styling videos.

Everything you tried on I loved. Definitely wear the sheer/velvet dress to your party. It fit so nice. The dress with a red lip, girl you wil be the beauty of the Ball ! Im 62 ( 30 in my mind) . I became a Mother at 30, so it was all about my son, my identity was Mom Mode. Now hes grown , the joy of my life but I feel like I am finally my own Woman. Do what I want when I want. Could not care less what others think and I feel very stylish. I will never be the Woman that wears polyester stretch pants and a big ole floral shirt. I was always party girl, then Mom, and now confident in the Woman I have become. I love your videos, personality and style. BTW you are a hat girly, I love it on you.
