As a female training in a small town gym, I'm one of the only girls who trains and sometimes it can be soo hard to do so, but every now and then I see a video of Ffion rolling at seminars or at her home gym Essentials with not only women but men, and holding her own is so awesome and inspiring to see I'm going to one of her seminars here in June and I honestly can't wait for it!!

I admire guys who are able to train with a pretty, young, trained, fit woman wearing short shorts with completely bare legs. Especially contact sports, especially combat sports. I would probably faint or have a heart attack.
