Always ask for ice packs at the beginning of your laser appointment!! It helps SO much. I never even feel when they do my underarms anymore and it helps tremendously before they go into the Brazilian!

When I soak off my nails, I usually pour the acetone into a sandwich/freezer bag with 1-2 paper towels. Then place the bag into a bowl or cup with warm/hot water. The warm/hot water helps expedite the soaking off and the paper towels inside of the acetone bag helps to catch the polish/nail removal. Works in like 5-10 minutes!

So pretty. I used to get laser hair removal treatments in 2019 and realized that it’s only temporary- it makes the hair follicles remain dormit for a short period of time. When I began having electrolysis treatments, it literally killed the hair follicles and my hair no longer grows back.

I get laser and I use a numbing spray! I put two layers on . One hour before and then 20 minutes before. It really helps!
