For sure, that's a verbascum! Look at the leaves. Hollyhocks have very noticeable, larg,round leaves. 😃

Hi Mr. C! I've always wanted to go to the Chelsea Flower Show. Every time we ever went on holiday to London it was during the time the flower show was on. Never got to see it though. Those exhibits were absolutely amazing! The tree water features are my fave. Stunning! Love that you do it with Dainty also. She's adorable. ❤ Thanks for taking us along. You were so lucky with the weather on Monday. I went into London on Tuesday to look around Sloane Square and The Kings Road for Chelsea in Bloom (not as good this year - ima) and it rained all day! The tall plant that Dainty said looks like delphiniums or foxgloves was actually a hollyhock. Very country cottage garden vibe.

I think it’s more likely a verbascum - it looks like the variety Helen Johnson. Hollyhocks are about 8’ tall.

So fun. Lovely you got to fo this together again! That was a record number of sexual innuendos in the first 10mins Catherine 😂..and you hadn't even had started drinking! 😂 I love trees and shade in my garden.. keeps the ground from drying out so quickly.. and cooler to enjoy the 30°+ summer temperatures...but I love green. My parents sat at a table near Judy in a restaurant in Cornwall last year. It seems she loves Cornwall.

Hi Iwan, Love the vlog, haven't been to Chelsea since 2018. Having seen the greenhouses have you thought of a very small one in olive green, that way the light would come through and would make the roof garden look bigger. Lesley, Victoria, BC. Canada.

My front garden looks over some wonderful mature trees, and they are a blessed relief. My back garden needed a hawthorn hedge planting as southwest helps to have a shady area.
