Hey boos don’t use dish detergent to clean the veggies and fruit because they are porous. Use vinegar and lemon juice and let them soak for a few minutes before rinsing them. You can also use vinegar and baking soda. ❤️

Put seasoning salt in the mashed avocado and that's it. It's the best. i use a sunny side up egg on my toast with hot sauce to top it off. It's a game changer trust me

Trader joes has fruit and veggie wash. It has natural cleaning agents(derived from coconut oil and corn oil), grapefruit seed extract, and lemon-orange extract. I like theirs because it doesn't smell like vinegar.

I find that fruit spoils quicker after being washed (because of the moisture); lasts longer when washing just before eating. But since there are two of you it probably doesn't stay around long enough to spoil.

Hi ladies. I’m glad to hear that Kendra is doing well. Also you should try white distilled vinegar and a water solution to soak your fruits and vegetables in for a few minutes, rinse them off, pat dry to get the excess water off of them, and then store them. And you can use paper towel at the bottom of your containers to absorb any extra water or moisture from your fruits and veggies.

Trader Joe's has a really good fruit and veggie wash. Also try using luke warm water instead of hot water to was your fruits and veggies. Microorganisms can enter through the stem when using hot water. Just a suggestion.

Hey girl I’m a RN and I work in a Dermatology clinic and Laroche Posay is a highly recommended product. Our samples go fast but the rep is always bringing staff the full size of whatever. We get other brands too like cerave, cetaphil, clean, aveeno, vanicream, eucerin, aquaphor. Luckily i don’t have to buy skin care products. We just got the Laroche Posay vitamin C full size so I have like 3! anyways I’ll be honest I don’t like the formula so well it’s pretty thick. I’m going to use it all my extra bottles will go on my body maybe mixed in with a moisturizer but I’m not impressed and it’s scented. But i love their stuff for the most part.😊

Have y'all ever tried the concentrated fruit/veggie wash from Trader Joe's? It works well and is a better option to dish detergent on your fruits. The detergent has chemicals you don't want to ingest. I dilute my TJs fruit wash with water (per the instructions). Try it and skip the dish soap next time. I love how much fruits y'all get in. My go bad sometimes 😑

I have been intrigued by the chili. But I am non-carb so I didn't get it. Usually I can eat out the non carb items and leave the rest but with this one, there is nothing non-carb there, not even vegetables. But I still wondered two things. How was and what was the cornbread casserole? Was it like a pudding? And also, was the tofu sour cream basically the same as "tofuti" that you can buy or was it better and different? I like to put moisturizer on before benzoyl peroxide to help with the dry feeling and sometimes just a moisturizing toner/essence on top then lastly SPF. I'm not sure if you tried that already, but it might help.

Kendra that soap will dry your skin ! Not really dry but strip your skin because its a cleaning wash so make sure you use a good Moisturizing bodywash after washing yourself with the castile soap
