Open you a bank account and a bank that you can't get to everyday and put 50% of your money in every time you get paid 50%. The rest of the 50% will be for supplies at any expenses you have to pay for booth and the rest of it is yours. And I guess you say well that's hardly nothing. You're 16. You don't need anything right now baby girl. You got everything you need, save that money and then start investing it. I'm so proud of you

If you're doing well for yourself, it may be worth hiring a financial adviser or lawyer,.. Just say you can start investing properly in preparing for retirement, since being self-employed does have the weakness of not having the same reliability of a 401 k etc.. Since you do nails as well, it may be worth paying for insurance for your hands, so if you ever get injured or anything, you'll be covered if you can't work for a while
