I don't understand why old cars in Canada have so little rust. Here in England if you left a car out in a field within two years you'll have nothing but a rusty shell beyond repair.

Reasonably priced 55/56 Chevy's. One would think they'd be priced according to desirability. I wonder if that 57/58 Olds had the J2 tri-power 3X2 Rochesters ? I'm pretty sure those 55/56/57 Pontiac's have the same roof line as the 55/56/57 Chevy's. So, if one can find a Pontiac convertible they can chop a Chevy roof and trade the frame. Of course one can convert a 4-door into a tudor too.

Timecode 26:08-26:10; the 2 4Door's, one of them a 4 Door Hardtop, that's really really toooo sad that he uses those a lot more rare 4 Door Versions as "parts cars" :( yes, that's too sad! Because 2 Doors are often to See & i think there are 2 Things why safe 4 Doors! 1. Especially the 4 Door HARDTOPs are so fu...COOL, because to have No B-pillars between the Doors ist so beautyful & a lot more cooler as Hardtop style on 2 Doors.. 2. It's a History Thing! Because Back in the days there was 4 Doors everywhere but today the most Classics are only 2 Doors, tat's bad & sad, because people crushed so much 4 Doors that today it's completely different. And people what takes the rare 4 doors in this days have not registrated that they're killing the rarest classics.... Those all are rare, Classic Cars & the time has changed, so a 4 Door Sedan or especially 4 Door Hardtop is a lot more beautiful Bodystyle than modern aera Coupés.. those old Sedans have a deep, long & cool roofline! Old Sedan isn't new Sedan & to rescue an old 50s, 60/70s is soo importand! I'm restoreing a '67 Impala Caprice 4 Door HARDTOP still in the moment. And it was driving me crazy to find the 4 Door Version, -everywhere 2 Doors, what a shame! I (to find the 4 Dr Sedan, especially as 4dr Hardtop was a very very hard job!) ...but i only would this Car in the 4 Doors Version because i think the 2 Door Models, especially in the fullsize Car category are looking a little funny with only 2 Doors.... In this days i think it's better to learn building sheet metal body Panels to do a real restoration, -& Not kill another classic car, especially rare 4 Door for Safe a 2 Door.... True restoring is the work with sheet metal, and not Take a Change parts from another Car....
