I got microneedling treatments done too. It definitely helps with scarring, large pores and even dry skin. As soon as the healing process starts, your skin starts peeling and you end up with a new, glowing skin surface. After two days your skin feels extremely tight and dry and a little itchy. It takes about a week for the redness and the little dots to go away and youre ready for a new session after three weeks. Youll see results almost immediately, but youve to be extremely careful when it comes to hygiene and no touching. Depending on how long the needles are, putting on any product might burn in the first 24 hours after the session, no matter how careful you are and how good the product is. Before the treatment you always get a numbing cream, but it kinda hurts on your forehead and nose. To get rid of your scarring completely, you might need around 6 sessions. I definitely recommend, it helped me clear my skin almost completely after 2 sessions. Derma rollers/pens are often bought and used at home, which I was told was very wrong. You need to change the length of the needle depending on the skin layer your scar is in, which normally varies across your face. Most people make their scarring and marks worse by needling their own face. I personally wouldn't recommend doing that at all.

Finally someone went to a professional to get real microneedling done. I’m so tired of seeing influencers and random social media children rolling those little needles on their face or scalp, then getting shocked when they make their problems much worse (usually due to them being unhygienic or using an irritating active as part of their self treatment).

That is a beautiful way to look at it:)❤ Just a suggestion, I don’t know if you have this issue or not but I do, I have a really bad problem with picking.. I have since I’ve been little. The one thing I wish I would’ve never done when I was younger was pick at my skin. Because you can have acne and even get acne scarring.. but it’s so much more difficult to fix and get rid of later on if you picked at your skin. I learned that the hard way. But I’ve known many people who had severe acne growing up and even as adults but if they didn’t pick.. they didn’t end up with permanent, deep scars. Or at least nearly as bad.. So if you are concerned about that at all.. just try your best to let it pop naturally (it goes against everything in my mind to let that happen lol) but I wish I would have:) ❤❤❤

I also got the same. I am 13 and I did it at 13 cuz I had acne marks on my face so at first I was scared but I didn’t feel anything cuz they put numbing cream. But then it was time to go to school and I felt a bit uncomfortable cuz there was black dots on my face so I covered it with powder. Everyone in school was asking about it but I just kept it silent. Next time I’ll only do it in the holidays. (Btw it lasts for 5 days)

I have skin picking tick too. I will give you a small suggestion that helped me immensely. I mix equal amounts of jojoba/squalene oil, rosehip see oil and evening primrose oil. I aplied it to my wet face every night after washing my face in the beginning. Then I reduced it to 3-4 times a week after seeing the results. It cleared my face and made a HUGE difference. These are thin oils, not quickly absorbed but doesn't clog the pores so it is suitable for all type of skins. Just make sure you don't have allergies with spot test first and make sure to check ingredients part of the oils to see if they are diluted, you need to use 100% of these oils, no additives. It worked for all my friends too. Also dont neglect using a light moisturiser in the morning. I use neutrogena hydro boost city shield, the blue tube with 25 spf. Its really light and sensitive skin friendly. I use a gentle facial cleanser and these 3 things made my skin like baby's butt 😁 I hope it helps you too. I wish someone told me before ❤

Better off getting a laser resurfacing treatment because micro needling takes a long time and a ton of treatments to see results. Laser resurfacing you’ll see results instantly. Though depending on how deep your scaring is you might need 2 more treatments.

@@jessicaherman3528 I would say, though if you’re willing to put in the time to go to multiple sessions, micro needling might be better for you because it’s a lot less harsh that are resurfacing laser. Someone in the comments said their session costed $70. That may still be a lot of money, but it's just to give you some context. They also recommended that you may have to get 4-6 sessions to completely remove the scarring. But a lot of people so at two and are happy with the results. It may not remove all the scarring with fewer sessions, but you can save money and heading time if that's the road you wanna take. Anywhere you leave off, you're skincare routine can pick back up. But, personally, I would just want to be one and find with it, and get 6 if I can afford it, but that's just me. You can weigh the options and do what you want from there.

Did it two times. I will never do it again. I don't know why but my immune system didn't like it at all. I did it with my sister. She was completely fine. While me, my whole face swelled and I fell sick. Had to take medicine to get better. And when I called the doctor who did the treatment. She said it must be because you have a cold. Didn' t believe her one bit. How can a cold cause my face to swell so badly. Anyway I chose to trust her and went and got another session. Ended up even worse than the first one. My face swelled really bad and my lymph nodes swelled all around my face. My whole body hurt really bad and I couldn't sleep for two days from the pain. My doctor kept denying that the treatment caused all of this cause it never happened before. Anyway I never blamed her to be honest since my sister was fine. I guess my body reacted badly to it.

@@mirasingh7428 honestly after about 7 treatments, not really. I have deep box and ice-pick scars and micro-needling I guess just isn’t gonna cut it. It might work for rolling scars, but I’m not sure. Beyond that, I personally felt that the micro-needling was giving me more black and whiteheads, breaking me out at times, and it felt like my skin was getting more sensitive with each treatment so after 4 treatments once a month, I tried going once every two months, but the pain became unbearable… I’m considering subcision and laser treatments now, the only problem is the cost. Might be good to try (professionally) regular chemical peels. They help with scars and winkles as with regular treatments they thicken the skin under the surface. There's 3 tiers of these, corresponding to how deep they penetrate the skin, with the 1st tier (most shallow) being a typically home self service if you wanna try it for a little first. Still be careful though with The Ordinary's AHA BHA peel, it's strong and improper use can burn

if u want the scars to be gone completely use a strong ointment, but you MUST go to a doctor first. the ointment is really harsh on ur skin so u need a professional’s suggestion in order to apply. they will also give u medicine to consume like antibiotics and stuff. but it worked, i used to have many PIE and PIH but after 4 months, those scars completely gone.. though it depends on how bad the scars are.

Aloe vera (with glycerine) is very good for scars... my colleague was attacked and had very bad face scaring, I gave him some and his scaring aren't that much, it's now 6 months and he is still using it... I use it when my cats scratches me😊 and sunburn... Just because things are trending doesn't mean everyone can afford it 😒

For me it was Rejuran S that restored my skin after I was left with deep scars from an acne episode.

Are these needles disposable or are they disinfected after each patient?Because you can catch very serious diseases.

Mine heals almost completely in three days, is it average or is my body insane? And i got my PRP injected cause if i do it, i go hardcore😂gotta make the most out of it Edit: Plus, injecting PRP hurts more than i thought because since it is an injection, the numbing cream didn't help and they inject small doses all over your face so if you divide your face into four quarters, you get like 4 shots in each quarter, and each and every shot hurts.

How do they ensure new needles for every patient? Just the needles are changed? Or how?
