Awesome. Usually people don't associate Peru with fine dining but when we visited Lima we had the chance to eat some of the best restaurants. It was a fantastic experience.

Hi! I know! I was shocked about the variety of restaurants in Cusco too! Yes, Lima is definitely known for their restaurants! We actually ate more street food in Lima (ironically). Thanks for watching!

@@nicolelazotravel Yes, it is not uncommon to see people from South American countries flying to Lima for gourmet tours and fine dining weekends. There are plenty of choices. For renown restaurants like Central and Maido, you would have to make reservations of at least two months ahead of time.
