Both of my parents were dirt poor when they kids. My dad only went to fifth grade and my mom graduated high school. My father went on to get two medical degrees and my mom became head nurse over mental asylum. They worked their fingers to the bone so that they could provide for us and they sewed that into me and my brothers so that we could have a superior work ethic. God really blessed me with great parents. My parents always tell me faith without works is dead. You have to get out there and help God help you!🙏🏽

Honestly, Jesse is correct! My family and I have lived in housing before and I'm telling you that when Jesse asks, ,"when is enough enough?" I've asked that too! There were Hispanics, living off of housing but still working and doing what they had to do for their kids. I would ALWAYS see blacks sitting outside EVERY DAY smoking weed, drinking in crowds, and putting their music up as of everyone wanted to hear it. AND they had their children running around broken glass(which the grownups broke and didn't clean up) and they were just in diapers. They didn't want to go to work because they were COMFORTABLE! Why work for a better life for our children when we can get food stamps, smoke all we want and don't have to get a job? Thats pathetic. I've lived off of food stamps and housing but there's a point to where you should get tired of living off of the government and want a better neighborhood for your children to walk/live in! I feel for those children just as my own. The image that stuck in my head was one night, when my less than 2year old daughter and I went to the kitchen and she quickly clung to me after hearing gunshots near our building. THAT thought, made me want to leave. Our children should not have to live that! But people get too comfortable and settle for that lifestyle.

I have been there and seen it all. I know peolle that are on welfare and would work just 30 to 60 days in a year just to get a W2 for taxes, if they have children. It's crazy. I was on foodstamps and section 8 and was working full time at the hospital while caring for 2 kids and when I got married, we let go of all the government help and never looked back. Some peolle make a career out of it and it shouldn't be this way

What I got from this comedian is that he doesn't see himself as an American. He provides a service for which he gets paid, He pays taxes on his income, and things he purchases, and therefore contributes to the pool of money the government uses. What he didn't seem to understand is that all of things JLP presented to him were all tax payer funded. At one point in time in America POC truly were not given the same rights and privileges as their white counterparts. Things changed greatly, and for the betterment of all society. Everyone should have been treated equal to begin with. What came from something good ended up quickly turning into something bad. We ended up with *reverse racism* Many people think reverse racism is racism toward white people. That's not reverse racism that's just plain racism. Reverse racism is actually when someone goes out of their way to make things simpler for a person of another race because they feel like that person *needs* their help because they couldn't possibly make it on their own. Affirmative action is reverse racism. Colleges and Universities lowering their acceptance standards for POC is reverse racism. POC gaining access to government subsidies much more easily is reverse racism. Democrat politicians are responsible for many of these things happening. Why did they allow them to happen? Because it was a way for them to continue keeping control. Democrats didn't stop being racist, they just changed up their method of showcasing it. Me personally, I think that POC are more than capable of making it in this world all on their own. They don't need me or anyone else to make things easier for them to achieve.
