The beginning fight couldn’t have gone any better. They burned a gerblin alive, then froze and shattered him to death. They cut one in half down the middle. They chucked an ax 25 feet and killed one instantly. No damage taken, minimal property damage. I know it was practically a tutorial, but holy shit that was efficient.

If you're new to D&D and you want ideas of how you can improvise as either a Player or a Dungeon Master, then the Adventure Zone is probably one of the best series to watch. The McElroys take a pre-made module and just run away with it.

bruh, the sponsor/messages segment at 1:18:30 was 10 minutes long. 2 sponsors, 2 messages from listeners, and a behind the scenes update, and I, a first time listener, wasn't bored. I can tell these guys do a podcast for a living because the sponsor readings sounded like a regular conversation and didn't make me dread listening to it, unlike some other ones I've heard. I will be returning to this podcast in the future!
