Comedy Mill - Lada Love

Here's Lada Love, a music video from an episode of "Comedy Mill", the show that came after "Smith & Smith" left the air. In Comedy Mill, Steve and Morag Smith were joined by Linda Kash, Mag Ruffman and Peter Keleghan. Comedy Mill was a mix of sketch comedy and music videos and was on the air for a couple seasons from roughly 1987-1990.

Steve Smith was, for the most part, an incorrigible original. As Webb Pierce stated [during his swimming pool dust up with RS]: "Ray Stevens has no sense of humour!" Steve Smith certainly does.

Probably a longshot, but I remember a song they did, probably a bit before this, called "Bobby" or something like that. It's a spoof-type song that sounds like a love song, but the lyrics go a little awry. It starts out, "Bobby, you are/were(?) my first true love. Well, actually my fourth..." Do you all know anything about it? I remember the video got some play on the then-Nashville Network.
