Having a good personality is in fact a skill. I mean yes you can have one naturally, sure, and then when it is coming naturally, you don't have to exercise the skill so much. But what about ALL those times when you feel like shit and don't want to take it out on others of course, so keeping up the good personality actually requires exercise. I was literally just reflecting upon a time when I was super tired because I was on the phone in the middle of the night with a client on the other side of the world who I stayed up late to talk to, and I was trying to end the conversation but they kept interrupting me and after 6 interruptions I became a bit curt with them and they didn't like that. It's not always easy to stay positive and keep up that good personality. Even if during the daytime when you are in a good mood and have lots of energy, there will be plenty of times you simply will NOT have the energy for it, and then it takes serious skill. Serious acting skill. And it can also be like an emotional athletic skill too, because it requires exertion of emotional strength, and tact.
