12:30 the main difference ive noticed between la comics and ny comics is la comics will pretend to show so much love to eachother but then barely help eachother out like only promoting their special when they are on the pod, and the ny comics will all shit on eachother but then help eachother as much as possible like shit on them and then praise them and promote their special and shows without them even being on the pod. You can feel the genuine love with ny comics and the love with la comics feels forced

Kinda for no reason too. The whole idea of an award show and that industry is phony, events like Golden Globes are self-congratulary borefests. Also, people like Billy Crystal, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey were unfunny cornballs when they were hosting those shows. DeRosa made some good points. Also, they didn't finish the clip. Not that it woulda necessarily gotten any better.

This table setup really sucks for a podcast because of the constant head-twisting with each guest just to talk to everyone, that said I love it and DeRosa is good people. Great podcast but I highly recommend a different setup where everyone can look at each other🙏

Couldn't disagree more about Jerrod, it may not be "funny" but it's extremely entertaining and watching him make everyone in that room uncomfortable is a joy unto itself. An insecure and inexperienced comedian could not handle the silence and tension that well.
