From Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the NBC series revolving around Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), a New York City Police Department (NYPD) detective in Brooklyn's fictional 99th Precinct, who often comes into conflict with his commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). My favourite part about the "oldest bags" cold open is that Charles probably picked up Rosa and Scully's lines, the ones that didn't explicitely mention arrests. So he thought that Rosa bedded an old woman that 'fought' like she was 20 and Scully did it with two 50-year-old twins and just accepted it as facts. Like "oh yeah, Rosa's bi and Scully is a pervert, it checks out".
