Hahaha the the name on the left guy’s badge should be 朝鲜民主主义人民共和国 and it’s matching exactly 11 Korean characters, and the right is 大韩民国 which is also 4 Korean characters. It can be verified by crosschecking that the shared characters 民 and 国 are indeed at corresponding positions in the names. A lot of proper nouns in Korean used to be written in Chinese. It can be easily guessed by English too as DPRK is a lot more complicated and longer than ROK.
