Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 cup jerk marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the jerk marinade, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice and peas, plantains, or festival bread.
