I watch several cooking shows, and this one has become one of my very favorites. I like the way you show all ingredients, the amounts, and precise instructions with lots of tips and tricks thrown in. Love the husband and wife team. Great job! And I agree with your daughter -- it's impossible to have too much frosting.

I saw a recipe for brownies that wants you to drio the pan just like you instructed. As you say, it's probably to get the dough more flat, but then you maybe don't have to mix for 10 minutes eithrer. I will lookat your frosting recipe now. Lastly, you say, come sit at my table, but most of your recipes are made at the counter, and you don't even cut into some of your finished product. Perhaps you should just rename your videos, come stand by my counter, and watch. People want to see you sit, cut, and enjoy for the full experience. There's no sarcasm here intended. Your recpes are time tested, and I feel you've made these recipes time and time again which is great. Some KZbin instructors seem surprised when a recipe comes out as it's their first time baking it. You've got experience and a history of making what you're demonstrating. THUMBS UP!!!
