Did you used turkey gravy from a jar or a dry mix envelope? If you used the jar, what do you use the left over gravy in the jar for? Or just toss it?

I used the jar. I showed it in the video. I just put it in my fridge and I talk mashed potatoes with it.

Did you see that netrition has a high protein high fiber pasta? I just noticed when I was putting in an order. I ordered one box. Its the P2 Eat Smart High Protein/High Fiber pasta. I ordered the rotini. I think its new because there are only a few reviews which is why I ordered only 1 box. One said it was gritty or grainy. There is also 10% off for labor day sale if you didn't notice.

Hi Jenn, congratulations on all of your weight loss. Really great job. I was look at some of your older videos and noticed at the beginning you were just hitting 21pounds loss which was 3 years ago. Then just 1 year ago you hit 60 pounds loss. Which took 2 years to get that 40 more pounds off. What has changed that you were able to loss more than 60 pounds in 1 year? I really appreciate all you do, I just wonder what is one or two things that made the difference? Thanks for any tips you have.

Fake butter, fake sugar, all to mimic high calorie food. I challenge you to produce recipes with real foods that don’t mimic foods that can cause weight gain. This is the reason i will avoid weight watchers.

Obviously you don’t follow me because I have a ton of recipes using whole real food. There is nothing wrong with the foods that I’m choosing in moderation. Not to mention, you can simply swap them out for the food that you want to eat! clearly I don’t gain weight eating these foods I’ve lost 123 pounds✌🏻
