My first trail living in Whistler was foreplay, very early days before numb was completed. Could pedal (hike) up to where the bridge eventually landed. That day proved two things. I suck at climbing, I loved descending and being scared is a good thing. Thanks for the memory flashback haha

Matt Peternell glad to hear it man! If you felt pretty comfortable on that DH you should definitely check out the trails on Blackcomb, super cool stuff up there. Green Monster was surprisingly fun too

Love this descent, but didn't get a chance to ride it last year. Next summer for sure. How'd you find it vs other valley trail descents in Whistler?

Whitesnake2 compared to other stuff I rode (i.e. Green Monster, Kush, Kashmir, Dark Crystal, Wizard Burial, etc.) it was pretty flat and pedally. Definitely less pedaling than River Runs Through It or Lost Lake, but after riding the steep stuff I will likely skip this one next year in favor of something gnarlier. If you like up and down type descents though this one is unbelievable, that's not even my favorite riding style and I still had tons of fun. VERY well built trail, I'd imagine it's more sustainable than many other valley trails too.

Sean Haran probably a better call to hit Dark Crystal or Micro Climate in that case eh?

Whitesnake2 yeah if you haven't hit Dark Crystal it's definitely a must-do. I'd certainly do that one over this one, especially early in the season when it'll still be nice and fluffy. Dark Crystal has a crazy flow!
