Here's more! *laying in bed after a long and productive day *the feeling when you're fresh out of the shower and curled up watching your favorite thing with a warm cup of the beverage you like *when you come back home to your pet after a long day at work/school *waking up and finding that a loved one has prepared you food *when it's raining and you make that splish-splash with your boots while walking *sitting alone in a cozy cafe litening to your favorite music and staring outside the window or doing something like drawing or writing *watching raindrops sliding down the window *that feeling of relieved victory after you've aced a test you studied so hard for *when your best friends/loved ones snuggle closer to you for a group photo *sleeping tonight and knowing that you're gonna wake up in the safety of your house and the warmth of your bed *when you and a stranger team up to help someone then you both smile at each other before going your seperate ways *when you leave school a little late than usual just so you can spend more time with friends *when the traffic is horrible but thats okay coz it means you've got more time to enjoy some more music *looking into the mirror after getting a new haricut/hairdye *finally getting that thing you wanted so badly *sleeping in on a day off ❤♥❤

i replied to someone’s comment with these but i wanted to put them out there as it’s own comment too: *reading through old journals or sketchbooks *putting on your favorite outfit for the first time *a stranger giving you a compliment out of nowhere *skinning your knee as a kid and then you parents caring for it while you feet dangle off the chair *similarly, your parents kissing the place where you got hurt and it magically feeling better *sitting in a parked car with a loved one just talking and making jokes at night *showing someone art you’ve made that you’re not proud of but that person genius praising it like it’s the best thing they’ve ever seen *secretly trading pokémon cards at recess so that the teachers couldn’t see *playing dress up in your parents clothing as a kid and pretending to be them *listening to a song you’ve heard a thousand times but for some reason this time it feels different and new again and you just connect with it *that random smell that reminds you of your childhood that’s all. have a good day :)

Hearing the bit about being asleep on car rides home and my dad and being small enough to be picked up. That got me. A lot. Story but tldr: my dad has MS and is quite weak compared to what he was when I was small and I'm pretty much grown now (nearly 24). So to hear this... made me feel a warmth I've forgotten. I really needed that. Thank you.

It did help. I've been having this low level background kind of sinking and slowly knotting sensation in my stomach all day, gradually tightening and dragging my throat down with it. I clicked on this video thinking 'You better deliver PJ...' You did. With every sentence my shoulders slipped away from my ears and my breaths grew longer. My stomach loosened its grip on my airways. You delivered.

I have to say this video has been so comfortable to me lately. Recently I’ve been having lots of anxiety attacks that started after the pandemic and isolation as well as developing something called emetophobia, the fear of vomiting. Often times when I start feeling anxious during school I go to the bathroom and watch this video, I can’t count how many times I have rewatched this. Than you PJ for helping me out and I really appreciate you. I know my problems are barely relevant when compared to others by the way and I pray for people who have the types of problems I am talking about. Have a great day everyone
