I’ve always known I’ll die alone….Which is exactly as I would have it. I pray I have the opportunity to say all of my goodbyes to everybody I care about, but when the moment comes, I don’t want anybody having to watch me leave this world, as it can be quite traumatizing for many people, and my soul won’t be able to Rest In Peace, if I know I caused people distress in my final moments of life. My ideal situation would be to spend a few days seeing all of my loved ones, and saying goodbye then and there, and then be left to pass away quietly on my own, with palliative care at my side for pain management, if needed. That way people can remember me as somebody who was lucid and loving right up until the end.

I would have my loved ones beside me.I am a Roman Catholic.I would have a Priest who would give me the Last Rights of the Catholic Church. The Priest would give me Absolution of my Sins.He would give me Holy Communion(The Body of Christ). He would Bless me on the Head with the Sign of the Cross.I would then be Prepared to see Our Lord Jesus. My mind would be at Rest.
