The "corgi in the clouds" seemed to be having a really good time. My SIL, shortly after she married my brother, once picked up a turtle to get it out of the road and it peed on her, too, and she screamed, "This purtle just teed on me!" It's been an inside, family joke ever since. The dove bowing to the guy )and him bowing to it) was cute.

It is really hard to understand but in my opinion he is shouting "Andy's Woody". Woody is Andy´s cowboy in Toy Story where all the toys have to lay down when someone appears. Cause they have to play dead. The guy standing is dressed like the cowboy Woody. Maybe I am right.
