The little girl saving her sibling just shows how strong the sibling bond truly is
@AvaLiveLife2 ай бұрын
So glad the lady handing a note to the reception staff got the help she needed. There’s a full version of the video of the little boy who approached an officer because his mom and sibling were submerged in the water in a car. The officer didn’t believe him at first and treated him with suspicion. He was slow to act even though the car was within view. It was quite sad but, he helped eventually which is the clip you see. The girl saving her sister was choking was amazing to see. Kids should be taught First Aid in school, so they can be self-sufficient when they can’t get to an adult quickly enough.
@cynthiabwilliams41842 ай бұрын
Children should be taught by their parents on what to do in an emergency when it comes to choking, fire and other types of emergencies and do not leave it up the the school to teach First Aid it should be back up by schools and even children that are very young can learn what to do in an emergency.

People are so good. I once found a child of about 2 year old who could not yet talk or 18 months old walking alone by a very busy road - no one else did anything so I took him to the police station where his parents found him later. He had escaped from the house. I would want someone to do that for my children. The film shows that all around the world in every country no matter what our differences people are good, help others and want to stop people stealing.

I am no superhero. Yet in 1970 I was driving down a side road going back to College. I saw a strange big bump like shape about 100 yards ahead of me in the middle of the road. I drove over it without harming it. As I continued to drive along my mind started yelling at me, "Idiot! Go back and see if it is some kinda animal that needs help". I turned around and headed back. I actually was arguing with my self that I was wasting 30 minutes! I was wrong. It was a huge tortoise that was up side down and was not going anywhere soon. Apparently it was trying to cross the road when a large semi rig had run over it, did not hurt it, just flipped it over. I know this because after I had flipped the tortoise on to its feet, a huge semi rig blew its horn as it almost hit me. He had to be going 80 MPH. Yep! The tortoise got flipped again. This time I flipped him over and shared a bottle of water. I did not have anything a tortoise would eat. I carried him (30 lbs at least-I did mention he was a big bump in the road when I first saw him). There was deep wooden areas on both sides of the road. I sat in my car and waited till he disappeared into the woods. I share this with you because this took place on my birthday in 1970, some 54 years ago. Tomorrow is my 73rd Birthday and every year I think about this poor creature and just wonder how he made out. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

Many years ago before there was a thing called hood locks inside the car I was running late for work and jumped out of my car to get in quickly.. well, I forgot to turn off my lights. Someone noticed the headlights still on but the car was locked so they lifted the hood (bonnet) and disconnected the battery. When I got off work I found my car with the hood cracked open so I thought someone had tried to steal something from my engine but found the battery disconnected. After hooking it back up I saw that the lights were on. Never knew who did it but I was sure thankful that they saved me a lot of headache that afternoon! I experienced it myself when I saw an accident and a young man in his car was unconscious, but the car was rolling into traffic. I am an older woman and ran and threw myself through his broken window and managed to pull on the brake etc. It was only when I got home that I realised that I had actually thrown myself through a little window and reached over him to get to the brake. He lived by the way.

@KeanneMurray2 ай бұрын
There is no such thing as good or bad people. There is good or bad decisions
@skittles33102 ай бұрын
@KeanneMurray Yeah, we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. I have come face to face with flat-out evil people. The only people who believe that doesn't exist are the fortunate people who have no personal experience. That is not a bad thing. I used to wish I was still naive, too. ❤️
@KeanneMurray2 ай бұрын
I do not think it is a wise idea to assume l do not know of bad things. I believe everyone does. Though this is not a competition. Please don't turn this into that childish game. Being young does not mean naive. I'm sure you have had hard experiences as you have just indirectly bragged about it in a attempt to put me down. I am not here to insult you as you would try to do to me. The reality is, every human is just as capable of good decisions as they are of bad decisions. It is a choice. Every nice person you know could be just as cruel, and vice versa. Judging by the fact that you, a grown woman, still resorts to black and white thinking of "good and bad" I do not see a point of arguing with you.
@skittles33102 ай бұрын
@KeanneMurray Wow, you got mad... I'm just confused. I didn't put you down once. Not one time. How could I possibly imagine an age for you? You do realize that you are a stranger with a comment on the internet. Was your assumption bc I used the word naive? Being naive has nothing to do with age. It isn't an insult either. It simply means not having experienced something. We are all naive about many things. You are projecting anger from an imagined slight that did not happen. It is not an insult to anyone to not have been victimized by evil. I have experienced severe trauma. Long suffering, maliciously intensive, horrific masochistic abuse. This is a simple statement of fact. I have the right to speak of my experience in any manner I like. Although I speak about it specifically in this conversation bc it was relevant to my argument against your comment. I do agree that I don't know anything about you. Even with that being a 100% accurate fact, I know that you have not seen real evil. You wouldn't believe your first comment was true if you had. You wouldn't genuinely believe that there's no such thing as people who are just bad. Just bc someone has been hurt or has had some form of trauma or abuse does not mean that the person who hurt them was evil. People do make choices that are bad, and those people are not automatically evil. Your own statement is the evidence that led me to conclude you haven't met evil. In this situation, you don't get to claim two contradictory things. You don't get to say that you have experienced someone evil, but there's no such thing as bad people. No matter what, that doesn't make you less than me or anyone else. I would not put you down for beginning a conversation with your opinion. We are all wrong, probably billions of times in our lives. That doesn't mean we are bad or stupid or anything negative at all. As I previously mentioned, we can agree to disagree. I am sorry. Perhaps I could have made it clear in my first response that I had no ill will. I was only trying to converse with you. Whatever you think I was trying to suggest, I assure you I wasn't. I am very direct, I wouldn't throw convoluted jabs at someone who's done nothing wrong. Having an opinion opposite of my own isn't deserving of disrespect.

I thought it was a great idea to corral it so it couldn’t do anyone else harm. I would have called animal control so they could get the right ppl to take it safely to a place to release it. I live in Arizona so there are a lot of desert places the coyotes can be released to and live.
