Beautiful "Astonishing X-men" comic! I have that book and really enjoyed Whedon's run. I just picked up "Uncanny X-men #146" and am pretty happy about that. Always love to add vintage X-men books to my collection.

Yeah older X-Men books are definitely the way to go for sure when I saw that 9.8 I was like yep I got to buy it It's a book I've been wanting in my collection for a long time and I don't see it that often so I grab this one.

Nice haul and thanks for squeezing it in, always enjoy it. I have already read Ultimate Spiderman and Avengers Twilight. Enjoyed both quite a bit. Love how Hickman is creating the world around Peter, excellent stuff. Hope you have time to do some reading.

Might tell you Avengers Twilight was definitely a nice surprise Ultimate Spider-Man is a lot better than I ever thought it was going to be still have to read the newest issue though.

I did get a few comics at CC. Only two as I had to also pick up my pull from my home shop so money was a factor. But I had a nice convo with a guy who I think was the owner/manager? We talked about horror movies and stuff.

Yeah I've always thought that cover was beautiful and wanted a copy very lucky that my shop happened to have that 9.8 so I decided to pull the trigger finally and get one

Nice Haul Mike. I got my books today too. I pick up these: Detective Comics #1085 A,B King Spawn #34 A,B Ultimate Spider-Man #5 A,B Grimm Fairy Tales #84 A,C Harley Quinn #40 A,B Once Upon a Time At End of World #15 A,B,C,D end of the run. W0rldtr33 #10 A,B,C Wolverine #50 A,B,C,D,E I understand this is the end of the run. Just the Annual in like 2 months. Zombie Tramp Dlx Ed TP VOL 02 I think the B cover will be out in August.

I went crazy on the Hellverine variant covers also Mike. But I passed on the Scotty Young cover(never been a fan) but I got the other 2 covers, also the foil cover and the 1/25. Miss seeing you at the opening, but we’ll catch up again when your summer camp is over. I saw the 1/25 Ultimate Spider-Man and figured you’d get it. I can’t take all the cake 😂 - Bob
