They’re beautiful editions! I love the format! Any story/run I enjoy from DC I want to get in this format. The only one I still need to upgrade is the Green Lantern/Green Arrow O’Neil/Adams run. I have the deluxe, but need the Absolute.

I love the epic collection format - it's just so comfortable to read, and as you mentioned the numbers being on the back really encourage readers to just dive in. You're much more widely read than myself when it comes to Marvel, so I'd love to get your specific recommendations for epic collections to check out. I'm not interested in completing full runs (except for Conan Chronicles which I've been slowly doing), but would love to jump into some any of those titles if they're favourites of yours. Thanks! Edit: Also, what would you recommend most from the Fantagraphics line? I really loved Corpse on the Imjin (Kurtzman is amazing as you mention) and have 50 Girls 50 in my to be read pile.

Thanks for commenting again, Pete! I love it! For Epic Collections, I would recommend picking an era or character that interests you the most. Who are some of your favorite Marvel characters or Marvel characters that you want to explore more of? That would help me recommend some of those! As far so the Fantagraphics EC line... If you enjoyed Corpse of the Imjin, I would recommend Death Stand. It is full of more war comics has art by Jack Davis, but the layouts and stories are all by Kurtzman. If you want to try out some crime comics, I would recommend The Women Who Loved Life with art by the great Johnny Craig!

​@Taylor Talks Comics! Thanks Taylor! I'll be sure to seek those recommendations out! I've dabbled in Claremont's X-Men run with the odd trade but want to explore that more. Also getting interested in She-Hulk after enjoying the show and Soule's run. Obviously, Fantastic Four is a huge blind spot for me - I struggled with a few issues in the first epic collection but hear it gets crazy good - think I could jump ahead one or two volumes and just pop in for a good chunk?

I would like to hear your take on those recent Miller DC books! I personally love to hate on most of Millers work, but find him very fascinating none the less. (Nota Bene: "Batman -The Masterrace" I think is purely Brian Azzarello no matter Miller´s name being on the cover)

Thanks! I do read DC! You will see more DC representation in other sections. I definitely lean more heavily into Marvel. But, I have recently grown a fondness for DC silver age as well as the Legion of Super Heroes.
