Well true, but Arrow at that time was a very "realistic" (probably not the right word, but you know where i'm at) and introducing a character with powers is just crazy to do that, but with the hole flash thing they could reVAMP him... (See what i did there with vamp, and count)

Gosh darn it. I hated how they've done Vertigo (as a person) in Arrow. Vertigo as a drug I thought was alright, expecting them to have the Count get, like, an overdose or something and gain powers. Nope. He overdoses once and no powers come of it. Now the comics make him look more like Spellbinder from Batman Beyond. He looks too crazy. This is not Batman and Vertigo is not the Joker. Also, he's always had the hearing aid, but such a big implant feels weird. Maybe I'm just nitpicking, but that's a bit too much for me. I don't like it. This does not feel like the villain who could harass Oliver Queen at a wealthy party just as easily as he could in a superhero fight. I mean, he's a wealthy count, he'd actually might have an invite to some sort of fancy party.
