This is what I need to learn and start practicing. I like this method over blue light bleaching because it looks like you are actually removing the stain than bleaching it. The fact that the stains adhere to the copy paper makes the difference to me. I also like that you adjust the heat. Even though our machines all like alike doesn't mean they all heat the same. I think the key to it is not removing too much staining as the cover won't match the book then. I think this applies more if you are getting it graded though. Awesome Video Man!!!

Do you know if CGC would consider this restoration? Like do they have a way to detect you used a peroxide water mix?

@@NES-Tone they don’t and can’t because peroxide is used in the printing process so it’s already in the book.

I have tried doing this double hop a few times. Have you ever had the copy paper stick when removing where it removes color

I did same thing my first couple tries. I had heat too high and also didn’t let book dry completely. I do 135 degrees normally and let the book dry overnight 12+ hours. Took me about 10 tries to get it right. Thanks for checking out my vid. 👍👍

your volume sound is missed up you need to work on that if your going to continue with making vids - care on
